victorian style 1.60cts pave diamonds blue sapphire sterling silver evil eye pendant leather silver necklace with diamond lock

Very disappointed sapphires are all different colors and the eye looks like it's jaundice I don't know what kind of stones are in the eye there was supposed to be diamonds and there yellow stones!! Not as advertised! The blue stones have gap and are not the same grade! I will also be taking it to the jeweler to get an appraisal and find out what kind of stones these are!
