Just what I needed for the saville orange cake recipe

The perfect addition to complement Gin Cocktails.

This is so useful for flavouring both sweet and savoury food and so much easier and less wasteful than having to grate orange peel. I always have some of this in my cupboard.

It’s what it says on the bottle

This trolley lasted less than a year the handle broke after six months . I have to haul it up three steps. It probably would survive on the level.

Used it and it provided what I was looking for.

I made dehydrator macaroons from a recipe in the book "Wild Plate". It called for orange blossom water which I had never used before. When I opened the bottle I was overwhelmed by the aroma of fresh orange blossoms. It was the best aromatherapy experience! I was afraid the water would be too overpowering in the recipe. It wasn't. It added a unique and subtle flavour to the macaroons. They smelled incredible as they came out of the dehydrator. I look forward to trying this wonderful product in other recipes.

Ich wollte südfranzösische Navettes backen - die werden traditionell mit Orangenblütenwasser hergestellt. Bin allerdings noch skeptisch, ob das schmecken wird. Ich finde, das Wasser riecht irgendwie nach Reinigungsmittel. Ich habe es mit einem billigen Orangenblütenwasser verglichen - das riecht auch so. Orangenblüten scheinen ein völlig anderes Aroma zu haben als die Orangen selbst. Ich warte mal ab und probier's aus. Überzeugt bin ich nicht. Aber das liegt nicht am Hersteller, sondern an der Sache an sich.
