Great and simple product
Packing was neat and came mostly assembled I just needed to tighten two screws on each side and it was ready to go, the fit is tight and snug which I like, way better than the $180 option at a Harley dealership

It fell apart
I bought this three months ago and I’ve used it about three times during that period. One of the bolts came loose and the entire receiving/ docking knob fell off ( you can see only the bolt is left in the photo) . I discovered it when I got home after two hour ride -glad it did not happen on the road and leave me in a bind. Unfortunately, if you’re past the Amazon30 day return policy, it doesn’t appear you have any warranty type options, ugh.
