The Poorest Design Possible!
I bought two of these Helios reels and the drags FAILED ON BOTH after less than 10 fish each. Okuma Customer Service is AWFUL! I keep getting the run around. This is such a crappy design they've stopped production on it. "VERY DISAPPOINTED "..

Waste of money. Poor design
I bought this reel at a local shop thinking it would be awesome to finally have a setup for salmon and steelhead. The drag failed after 6 fish. Now the whole spook wobbles and catches. Replacement, parts, or even help are impossible to find. May as well set fire to your money.

Lazy
Very good in size , but it has a little bit lazy drag system 😜. Here is the solution if drag system goes wrong, I removed drag regulator back side attached with one bolt ,after that you will find one plate and 4 pins take them out and you’ll find one hole which is connected to the drag system, use a little bit of wd4 spray into the hole and try If system works after use Permatex® 31832 High-Performacne, Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease and that is it. 😁😁
