First Food: Preparing Food For Babies And Toddlers

Book is in great need of updating. Have been looking for infant/toddler cook books that provide most recent nutritional information and include latest recommended food preparation techniques while remaining enjoyable for children. This did not meet those expectations.

Couldn't cook for baby and growing family without it. The older version are the best.

Fab book with great recipes.

I bought this for my daughter, but i wish I had known about it when my children were young too.
