Sono comode, morbide a contatto con la pelle e l'elastico è regolabile. Le ho usate sia calde che fredde, la confezione contiene le istruzioni e i consigli d'uso in base a cosa si vuole trattare (mal di testa, occhi gonfi, ecc...). Per scaldarle ci vuole poco col microonde , per raffreddarle bisogna metterle prima in frigorifero/ congelatore e quindi calcolare i tempi. Hanno una buona durata di mantenimento della temperatura.

These have been the best for use after my husband’s eye surgery. Swapping them mid way to always have a cool compress. Used for heat too. Perfect in every way! Do not hesitate to get these. I may use too for general puffiness around the eyes.
