Campingaz Lava Rocks Gas BBQ Expert Deluxe, 2 Burner Compact Gas Barbecue Grill with Side Burner, 7kW Power, Steel Grids and Side Tables

I took a chance on this, as many review were poor, stating damage, missing parts and poor instructions & saying the gas hose didn't fit/reach.I bought the Deluxe as I wanted a REAL GAS BBQ with lava rocks. (they come with it)Assemble for me was easy, set it all out and just take it easy, at the point of fitting the actual BBQ bottom tray to the legs I thought 4 screws were missing, but no - there were in a separate bag and silver not painted black as the others are. All parts there, no issues at all, no problems with the gas fittings or hose. You will need t buy a hose and a regulator to connect to your bottle. I understand this as its sold in many different country's and each are different.I don't normally give feed back on any product, however to correct all the negative ones I wanted to say. A WELL MADE, GOOD BBQ, lights easy and used (even a tray I claimed for your beer)

Lava rock BBQs have been largely replaced by new mechanisms to evenly distribute heat, but (to my mind) these are simply outdoor gas grills (not a BBQ!). We therefore chose this lava rock BBQ to give a more authentic BBQ experience. Delivery (from Italy) was fast an efficient (even in at the height of Covid). Construction, with so many basic parts did at first appear quite daunting but I was able to slowly and methodically work my way through the instructions and am delighted with the outcome. The final result is robust and good design. Overall I am very pleased with the product and look forward to our summer garden BBQs.

Fairly easy to assemble. Sturdy once all put together. Couple of very minor scratches. Pleased with product.

It was easy to assemble. The problem came when I found the burner guard was missing. The shop where I bought it are adamant it doesn't come with the deluxe model even though its in the parts list in the instructions and on the campingaz website. I recommend you buy it straight from campingaz, that way you'll get all the parts, all this shop would give me was £20 to buy the part myself and that didn't cover it.

Item arrived with unmanufactured parts, had to wait to get them delivered. Took ages to arrive. Finally put the BBQ together, the cover was missing, screws were missing, there were numerous scratches and dents all over the BBQ. The overall quality was very poor, flimsy metal which twisted. Screws once done up are sharp and left exposed.We cooked on it once, the cooking grill warped and was bent, the temperature could not be controlled, we even turned the gas off and the whole thing caught fire.There was hot grease dripping off the lid once lifted which burnt the neck of our dog.We emailed the seller, who constantly argued with is saying the item was fine and that we could not return it as it had been used.I reminded the seller of my consumer rights but they continued to deny my request of returning the item for a refund.I then contacted Amazon eventually after 2 months a refund was issued from Amazon NOT the seller, who I might add had called me a liar and offered me money initially to sort the unmanufactured parts myself.This item is extremely dangerous and the seller dreadful.Should be removed from sale.I do not believe for one minute this item is a genuine CampinGaz item

pour quelques utilisations par an, convient tout a fait. bien prendre le temps pour le monter, car assez léger mais fonctionne très bien pour un barbecue a gaz.

Superbe affaire une fois qu’il est monté, c’est un modèle de 2019 qui fonctionne très bien p, et il ne manquait RIEN dans la boîte, tout est très bien usiné et il n’y a pas de mauvaises surprises, sauf la notice qui, comme souvent les notices, conduit à des doubles sens ... bravo CAMPINGAZ et ses employés, Forza ITALIA 🇮🇹
