bought 2 of these HOTEC mics, for karaoke, and they sound great! I'm amazed at the price, cause I bought 2 for under $40, so my family can do duets when singing. We Love the sound and quality. Only thing, I had to buy an audio splitter to allow both mics to work together, but it's plug and play, and works and sounds great right out of the box. I'm very happy with this purchase. The extra length is just what we needed, to sing from a greater distance away, but the clarity and sound quality is excellent.

The cord doesn’t work
The microphone works fine but the cord that came with it does not. There was no transmission of audio. Luckily I had another cord to test the mic with but the cord it came with was useless
