Easy to operate and change connector types.

Works but some vehicle turn signals don't show up.
Doesn't detect 2002 avalanche turn signal, but detects everything else, had to have someone press the brake and then left and right lit up. Weird gm wiring. The leds are easy to see.

Works well as designed and has a nice compact size for storage. Easy to use. Saves time making sure the trailer plug on the vehicle is working quickly to narrow down where a lighting problem might be happening. Very affordable diagnostic tool to have on hand.

It works, but has issues.
It works, but poor instructions on what to expect. Just the connector image doesn't help much. Also the LEDs are so bright you cannot even read the letters/codes next to it. Lack of specific information how to check if the pin in properly grounded or not.

Does not work with modern vehicles that test for the presence of a trailer.
This trailer light tester has potential. It is a nice, compact size. However, it did not work for our truck. Our GMC truck tests for the presence of a trailer before it actually energizes the lights for testing. This device does not provide enough resistance for the truck to determine there is a trailer, so it does not work. It's possible it would work for a simpler electric setup, but it did not work for us.
