Same as in physical therapy. Great quality for price.
I’m using these bands for my home PT after torn rotator cuff surgery. Many have mentioned the colors they received were muted colors or pinks. There were color options when I ordered. Make sure you are selecting the correct option when ordering. Many have mentioned no instructions included for attaching the handles. Actually, when you scroll through the photos on the listing, there is a picture of the attached bands so you can go by that example. I have added a demo video based on the photo. Also, some have mentioned no strength stamped on their bands. Mine do have the strengths listed on each band. It is only on one side of one end of each band. Some customers may have overlooked the stamp. POSITIVES: They are exactly like the ones my therapist uses. They are clearly marked with their resistance strength. NEGATIVES: There are no written or diagrammed instructions INCLUDED for attaching the bands to the handles. You must refer back to the original listing.

Bands with no latex
Like these so far. Needed some without latex which is hard to find. Feels good and easy to use. Color coded to know which one to use.

You have to double tie to keep the bands attached to the handles.
Exactly what I was looking for. Good quality. I ordered separate handles so that I didn't have to keep switching them out.

No directions
There are no directions for attaching the bands to the handles and there is no identification or instructions for a third piece made of similar materials as the handles. The bands seem very durable but I have to wrap them around my hands to do the exercises for my reverse-shoulder replacement.

The bands work fine but they came with handles and no directions as to how to attach the handles. Therefore they are not usable.

Skip the accessories, just buy the bands
The bands themselves are fine. But the handles are very uncomfortable to use. And the door attachment does not work at all. The stopper is styrofoam and just pulls loose. Better off buying the bands on their own vs paying the upcharge for the accessories.
