Bad Karma

A German friend recommended this book as it is very popular there, and I am glad I purchased it. Parts were unexpected and fun, and it was an easy enjoyable read with a lesson for all.

Eight years ago I read this book for the first time in German. And I did a couple of times again. I just love it.Now a friend of mine in Canada was interested in it. Therefore I ordered it for her the English version.

I read this book for a book club. I didn't think it was very funny. The reincarnatipn idea did send a sweet message, but the sex/love bits were too chick lit slutty for me.

Read it in German first, liked it a lot, and then I was curious whether it worked in English - it does, and the translation is excellent. A light read, yes, but highly entertaining.

Love the story! Easy reading but triggered several emotions: anger, happiness, sadness. It made me smile many times. It's a story that makes you wonder does karma really exist ?

Finally a book full of humor. Entertaining witty reading, it is a charming book, like all Safier's books.It is also a book with deeper thoughts. Really recommended in to days crimes, war and tragical news!
