Good sizing and really good quality

I was looking for something to push out my waistcoats, I came across this product and gave it a chance, it arrived this morning and I popped it on immediately, it's a solid fit, decent quality and perfect for the warmer months ahead.I will certainly be buying a couple more variants going forward.

I got this for my husband as he likes Argyle pattern sweaters and because the fabric is described as "soft and well elastic" I went for a bigger size than he normally is, as he does not like tight fitting garments. However, one size up was too big and he says he only likes the traditional Argyle, with the window pane diamond stripes running through the bold diamond panels.To me, the sleeveless sweater looks OK, although a bit big. However, although the product description states "the soft fine knit cotton is comfortable to wear", the sweater is not made from soft fine knit cotton, but from 100% synthetic viscose and this is a fabric I have had a poor experience with in the past, as it has lost its elasticity when washed and becomes baggy. I don't like products that are deliberately mischaracterised in their description.I think the price is high for a synthetic material and neither my husband nor I are happy with this product.
