This is outstanding!
If you want to "pop" your back, this product is far better than a foam roller.The very first time I used it, the vertabrae of my back "popped" like popcorn.I also felt taller within a couple of minutes of just lying on it because lying on it caused my spinal column to stretch..

Great for stretching out your back!
We use this as part of our 11yr old son’s physical therapy at home. It has really helped him in stretching out his spine and working on correcting his slouching. He is a homeschooled autistic child with limited abilities, so we do in home therapy everyday.

so great to exercise without back pain. It doesn't give any pressure or pain to your back when you use this tool. Perfect stretching tool.

The hinge is not strong enough.
As you can see on pictures, it doesn’t hold enough weight, both hinges got some damages.

Sit ups made easier
It corrected my spine and I was able to do more at the gym. Using it for sit ups is great because your back is supported.
