Van Wezel 4327999V Fog Light

This is a well made unit with thicker plastic than the original. Unfortunately, the glass contour leaves a slightly bigger gap between it and the bezel than the original versions. For that reason we returned it. If you don't mind that, then this is a good purchase.

After much research with regard to price, I ordered this from the seller on 31 Aug 2018 for my Ford Focus Mk.2 facelift. Estimated delivery selecting standard option was 5th to 6th September, it actually arrived 2nd September via Parcelforce. Going back to price, Ford wanted £79 for the OEM unit and others that I'd seen listed on Ebay were varying around the £25 level. On opening the box and removing the polystyrene top protecting the back of the fog light, the glass was placed face down with packing protecting it. The unit itself also comes with an H11 bulb so that alone is saving the customer around £5 straight away (some others manufacturers dont).So now to replacing the unit. My thoughts have always been "sometimes cheapest isn't best", sometimes things don't quite get made the same as the original units, but what Van Wezel have made is identical to the Ford part. On fitting, the four screw holes lined up perfectly, the whole job from removing the bumper cover, removal of the old one, fitting the new unit and replacing the bumper cover..... 10 minutes. I'm very pleased with the product and would certainly buy this again should one break.

Due to the weather last winter and where we live, my wife had to drive through deep puddles of water several occasions. When checking her car I noticed that water had leaked into one of her lights. This one is the same that was on her Suzuki swift, was easy to fit, and was an acceptable price. Delivery time was good.

Just the job. Fitted in 5 minutes. Passed the mot. Used my original bulb as just the light was smashed.
