I like everything about this spread, on bread or crackers, excellent appetizer or snack; it reminds me of the zacusca made by my mom in Romania. In fact I might add more eggplant and tomato sauce to it and turn it into zacusca. A bit on the expensive side. Thank you

Looks like the jar leaked at some point - the paper is stained and stuck to the lid. Not sure it’s safe to eat. And no way to return it.Update: the company sent a new jar. Tastes fantastic!

Since I am only a one person household I miss out on some things or have to discard leftovers, behause they only come in larger units. So is it with the Aiva. I loved the taste but one glass was way to big for me to consume and it went bad very fast after I opened it and despite I kept it refrigerated. Wish there were single units available.

We ordered this for our exchange student as she loves this from home.

Was excited to open & try this new ajvar, but when I unwrapped the paper, the seal was broken & leaking. Inside the jar there was mold and not safe to eat. No option to return or replace item makes it difficult.

I continue ordering this product because it is very delicious. But my last order of two items arrived with one totally smashed. I can document this with a photo. I would like a refund or s replacement.

I'm a big fan of Macedonian Ajvar and I have tried several different brands over the last few years. This one is not too hot and not too mild and it has more roasted eggplant than red peppers. The price is also pretty competitive and it comes through Prime within two days. I will definitely buy it again.
