The Pro-Find15 does exactly as advertised and does it well. Up to this point, I have only used/owned top dollar pin pointers that are waterproof with multiple sound and sensitivity settings...etc. This thing is Minelab quality and perfect for the modest budget or for those who just want simple. If the speaker is too loud, put a piece of electrical tape over the speaker grill. That worked for me. I spent my first 3 hours with it today at a park in North Florida with no issues. I am totally stoked I bought this. I will do another review in three months.P.S. I do not work for Minelab and have no affiliation with the company whatsoever.

I've had this for 2 yrs. Sometimes it won't turn on. I have to keep pushing the button on and off, until it finally turns on. It works really well when it finally turns on.

You sent me a pointer that worked only twice. Then started making weird noises shutting off not turning back on not happy at all very costly to not work disappointed

I like it. Had a cheap 20 dollar that worked well. This has a a bit more range this the cheap ones and the side of the shaft is also a detector. You can not get it anywhere close to another dwt ctor while it's on or it will have a heart attack. Just starts beep and won't stop till you shit it off.Little confusing as for how you turn it on. Wait for the 2 beeps then couple seconds later it beeps again letting you know it's ready to be use.But it doesn't work that way everytime. I assume I am doing something wrong but I did follow the directions. See how it works on my beach trip before returning it. Minelab tends to make great products so I am hopeful it's fine.

This works great for pinpointing your dig. Great price for a brand name product!
