They didn't work at all. Tried new batteries..... nothing! Unfortunately, in his excitement, my Grandson ripped the box, so not sure if I can send them back. Very disappointing because we were expecting lots of fun! I can't get hold of the seller. Can I still send them back if box is damaged??

These handsets arrived a week ago and the children were unable to use them which they were upset about as they’d waited excitedly for them. They do not connect and you are unable to talk into them or hear the other person. We have swapped and changed batteries which hasn’t helped. Waiting for information on a refund.

they are unclear for children to hear, very very poor quality. i want to return but think i am out with the time limit

Literally cannot understand a word through these. Noisy and very low volume and low range. They look good that's all.

At first my item was never delivered , after a month of placing my order , i complained and got sent a replacement, this one has arrived within 3 days (amazing!) , well.. not so.. They come in great pacaging (nice enough to wrap up for a birthday gift or so) but once we get them off the packet then plug some batteries into them and turn them on, there's an awful buzzing sound (freequency prehaps?) all the time when they are on. Then comes the fun part... along with the buzzing noise, you cannot understand a word the other child is saying to the point mine was shouting out the words "mum did you understand that?" I could hear that clearer than though the walky talkies.. Maybe this was a bit of paying for the "cars" theme than for the quality and function of the walky talkies unfortunately. I apologise to the seller but i do not recommend these.

Au vu des commentaires j'ai eu peur mais c'était déjà trop tard quand je les ai vu ... Au final je suis agréablement surprise ils font leurs jobs c'est correct . Le prix est élevé pour la qualitée.

Prodotto carino, ma alla prima caduta si è staccato subito un tastino… poi riparato… Plastica non solida considerando che li utilizzano dei bimbi piccoli. Comunque carini!

Un peu déçue de cet achat fait pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Dès qu’on s’écarte un peu ça ne capte plus il faut vraiment être proches pour que ça marche … sinon beau design
