Cons: - Expensive (but worth it). - A little bit tall when using the wet/dry head which can make it hard to clean under the edges of cabinets if they have a low clearance from the floor. - Takes quite some space for the dock with all the attachments and different heads. Just a couple of months ago I used only a regular broom followed by a mop to clean our apartment (I live with my GF, a long-haired cat, and a Chihuahua) and I did it twice per week, every time it took about 1.5 to 2 hours in cleaning every time, I was so tired of doing this so I finally bought a robot vacuum cleaner (Roborock Q Revo) and that changed my life… set up a 4 times per week schedule and the apartment had never been so clean and I got back those hours to do other stuff. But even though I was so happy with it, vacuum robots still have some limitations and I still did a weekly deep clean with broom and mop. Again I was so tired of using those that I decided to buy this Dyad Pro Combo, which I think changed my life... again! It’s like having a broom and a mop simultaneously but more powerful and does not require all the hard work a broom and a mop take (It's not hard on my back and shoulders). It vacuums and mops the floor in one go and it even has a cleaning solution container that automatically dispenses it without you having to dilute anything like you have to on a robot vacuum. Everything feels so automatic and smart. It has a sensor where it tells you if the floor is dirty and if it is, it automatically increases the power on the device to suck up and clean the surface in a better way. So no more guesswork to do to find out if your floor is clean or if it still needs more vacuum action. Robot vacuums are not that good for corner cleaning and can’t clean big wet messes in your home, this device solves those 2 problems. It sucks up the long thin cat hair and small thick chihuahua hair without any problems, cleans kitchen messes like ketchup, cooking oils, and vegetable residues after doing the week's meal prep with ease and the self-cleaning feature makes cleaning and maintaining the device so easy for you. But you can achieve all that with the regular Dyad Pro, this is the combo version which has several extra heads and attachments you can easily switch for you to have everything you need to keep the whole house and even car interior clean and dust-free. I use these different attachments to clean the furniture in my home, beds, curtains, and even my car interior! I had a cheap $30 battery vacuum to clean my car but its suction power was lacking pretty bad so in the end I rarely used it, now with this it’s a day and night difference! This gives you more than enough power to clean and vacuum everything you throw to it making you save time, keeping clean your house and car. The app is the same one I use for my Q Revo, you connect to the vacuum by scanning a QR code, and with that, you can select and customize all the different modes and options of the vacuum, dock, self-cleaning, and self-drying. It’s a well-thought, user-friendly app as it can be. In conclusion, I firmly believe this product is worth it and it will be a great investment that will hopefully last for years and it will make the tedious task of house cleaning easier.

It worked amazing when I bought it (the wet vacuum) then it stop working n it kept showing E-5. Tried looking it up but nothing. The dry vacuum that doesn't pick up dirt. As you can see in the video. I pushed forward pick up some debris then I pushed it back n it sweep the dirt behind the vacuum. I had to laugh not to get upset that I never notice ridiculous. I am disappointed in every way. It wasn't even over 2 month when it stop working. Waste of money(want my money Baaaack!!!) I hope the owners read this n fix the problems. Oh n if you call to get it fixed under the warranty you have to pay out of your pocket to ship it . Oh n they won't tell you were unless you send the video n go from there. I am in San Antonio,TX. Wanted to know if they had a shop in TX where I can take it but he could not answer if there was one in TX. I think I received a demo or someones return. the dry vacuum Oh boy when they made it they didn't realize that the dry vacuum was pushing dirt back like a squeegee. Really made me sooo mad!!! 😠 😡 😤 😣 never felt so hard for a vacuum to disappoint me in this way. A two month life expend.....Whyyyyy!!! I have 3 dogs n still looking for my dream wet/dry vacuum 😔

It was good while it lasted, but it lasted only a little over a year, which was very disappointing, especially as it was used once or twice a week. When it worked, my primary concern was how hard it was to connect the dust bin to the motor. Sometimes, it would not lock itself in place and would fall. Also, the filters would easily fall when storing, making a mess. Other than that, cleaning was good, and suction was more than enough. The size is okay for what it is, and being able to basically have two vacuums in one is convenient. It complements nicely with the robot vacuum that runs every day. It failed to work after over a year, making it a terrible expense for something that would only last that short. It simply wouldn’t charge. And based on the internet comments, it’s not just me; it seems Roborock decided all these Dyad Pro would fail at the same time. Roborock service recommended I send it back, but I would need to return the entire thing with all accessories, which would make it too expensive to repair, which seems to be their goal here. If this is how Roborock wants me to switch to the newest model, I will go with Dyson next time.

Updated 3/1/24 I still absolutely love the mop/vacuum. My only ehh is I have 4 dogs and the hair doesn't actually all go into the dirty water tank. Most gets collected in the rollers. So before I store it I do have to take apart the rollers and clean everything before I put it up. The vacuum attachments are absolutely garbage. The stick vacuum does nothing more than roll your dirt around, literally! If I was to buy again, I would only purchase the mop/vac portion not the entire unit. This has literally been my favorite purchase, by far. It's so easy to use and cleans wonderfully. I have used this EVERY DAY since I received it. We have 4 dogs in the house, yes 4... so the hair is there. Although short hair, it's still a big thing. This picks it up without issues. Here are the ONLY ehhs that I've found. #1 you HAVE to dump the dirty water immediately. Then, once it's done cleaning itself, you either have to dump again or dump before you use it. Otherwise, it smells SO bad. Obviously! #2 I have extremely uneven floors, so occasionally I have a little hair ball (from said dogs) that I may have to go over 2 times, as the rollers aren't sitting right to suck it up the first time. #3 when I'm done using it. I remove all rollers and wash them and clean out the underneath. Although this picks up all the dog hair, there will be a TON sitting behind the rollers. This doesn't take long but a small price to pay for 4 dogs!

Inicialmente, mi experiencia con el producto fue satisfactoria, generando una gran complacencia. No obstante, al décimo mes de uso, la batería dejó de retener carga, indicando un 0%. Al contactar al vendedor, se me informó que no ofrecen servicios de reparación en México, no asumen los costos de envío de la pieza y solo proponen un reembolso parcial del 10%. Considerando que la marca es líder en el mercado y el producto se promociona como de alta calidad, la durabilidad y el servicio de garantía del vendedor, de gran prestigio, resultan decepcionantes. Esta situación menoscaba la credibilidad y la confianza, desincentivando futuras adquisiciones.

Cada que aseguraba el motor con cualquier accesorio se sentía que no embonaba bien, después de muy poco uso se rompió un pequeño plástico que fijaba los accesorios por lo cual ya no los puedo usar
