Love this game wish there were more.
I read all of the reviews before I decided to get this game. I too, like Deepak Chopra and I was excited to find this game. Some reviews said they got more and more frustrated with each level and found they had to make wild movements to get the game to work.I didn't find that to be the issue for me at all. I have found this to be a very relaxing game and I feel calm and centered after playing it.There is a playing mode and and reflection mode for meditation. On the play mode each level is centered on the chakras starting at the root chakra and moving up. You have a planet that rotates and from the center comes a colored spore that gives birth to a tree or mushroom. Before you start the level you see your mandala begin to pulse in and out and set you breathing to this rhythm, this is also the same rhythm for the remote for the side to side motion to rotate the planet. And each level progresses in this manner. The point is to cultivate relaxation, the more relaxed you are the easier it is to play the game. I have noticed that when I play other games I don't get so riled up and I can stay calm and relaxed which does make it easier to play and retry a level without frustration. Good tool for the rest of life as well.Knowing this helps to keep the focus in the game. Once you have gone through the play levels on all the chakras the free style meditation is unlocked, otherwise if you choose the reflection side you have only the guided meditation that is unlocked. I have found these to be very helpful to start my practice again. I sit in a regular chair not on the floor. If I sit on the floor I use a pillow folder over to get the height and stability needed. I find it works just as well.I am pleased with this game and I continue to use it since I am gaining great benefit from it in all areas of my life. To help me relax I have incorporated an adrenal support that aids in relaxation and have found this has helped immensely.

Great potential, poor execution
<review for Wii remote system>The Leela game is pretty and interesting, but on the wii system it doesn't use the balance board, only the controller. For this, it should be a PS3 game like Journey. The creators should make a wii game that actually uses the platform to its full extent.I was hoping for something like the balance games and a longer version of the meditation focus game on Wii Fit Plus. This uses the balance board to help you focus on and maintain stillness. Leela on the Wii does not use the balance board at all.I like the little games and the guided meditation, but it has me sit on a chair or floor and just 'try to be still'. Why not use the platform as it was designed? The game barely even uses the wii remote and certainly not to its full capacity.Creating the Mandala could also be a lot better. You have little control: you can't select the colors or elements, you just rotate through patterns (like rotating a kaleidoscope). I'd like aspect of creating the mandala to be more mindful and an actual practice.Overall, I would not recommend the game on the Wii platform and I would not buy again. I may just use it (instead of guided cds) so that I have something visual to focus on.

Used game came in very good condition! Nice meditation game but not really meditation help.
To start with used game came in very good condition!I really respect Deepak Chopra, a great contemporary spiritual teacher!Game has great intention but I believe only half is useful, the guided meditation. Maybe is my fault as I have wrong expectancy for this game.

Read, the fine print. Seriously.
I was hoping that this would be a good game for meditation, relaxation and chakra balancing. Being a product of Deepak Chopra, I had high hopes. However, the font on the game is so tiny, it is difficult to read. I don't recommend it to anyone unless you have a tv screen the size of a movie screen. Only then might you be able to read it and enjoy the game. The "game" is repetitious and boring. I didn't like the long but vague instructions you have to hear no matter how many times you play the same "game". The voices would change from one person to another randomly so it is far from relaxing. I wish it was a better game because I could certainly use something that promises all that Leela (sankrit for play) does (but falls terribly short.)

Relaxing contemplative game.
Lela is a fun game. Different mini games and levels that are beautiful and contemplative. I have not finished the game, but enjoy playing the different levels which get increasingly more complex. I haven't found it terribly difficult, which is nice. I like this game more as a relaxing meditative game then a challenging game. I also like Endless Ocean: Blue World for relaxing game play.

bought used, no issues
The meditation sections are good for a beginner, building up from some very basic concepts. The games are fairly simple in concept, some transcendental twists on some common gaming skills. It likely won't keep someone very engaged for too long so unless Deepak snuck some easter eggs in there for the random gaming nerd who also likes to be at one with the universe, the rest of us are likely to be at peace with never reaching the end (if there is in fact one to be had). Truth be told, this program would have made a great app with a few tweaks. For now, it will ride the chakra of mediocrity
