Botanical: Lithograph grayscale coloring book Paperback – November 19, 2017

That being said I find the coloring plates very nice. The tooth is so heavy I get little coverage the first application. Even several layers and it is still grainy looking. To me, tooth makes the whole book a success or an effort in frustration. I am struggling. I am an experienced colorist and have over 675 coloring books. The plates are pretty, however, I wish they weren't so big. This book will probably go on the shelf, which is disappointing, as I have been waiting to order for quite a while

For the price its okay. You would do yourself a favor by buying the Kews Botanical series. The you get cleaner prints, nicer paper, and full page colored piture for color placement. These pics. are all gray and doesn't look like grayscale to me sinse every pic. is gray. There are also I think double printing on the same page. Paper is almost sandpaper to the touch.

Great coloring book, like very much the pictures. Should be interesting to color.Good quality paper

Beautiful coloring book. I look forward to expanding my coloring and shading skills in this book. I love flowers and know this book will bring hours of coloring fun. The pages are frame worthy.

This beautiful book arrived to day. I'm going to use it as a pattern for water colors. Think there was a website you can go to to see the pictures in color

The pics are muted or dulled down, no good detail. Its a shame because the pics are nice. They put black on the back of every pic and it made the picture on the front muted and the white area became gray. Because the pictures are muted it will make doing the grayscale less vivid. Front and back covers are beautiful and I don't know how come that couldn't have been translated into the quality inside of the book. Very disappointing.

nice, the pages are printed, with an 8"x10" format so they fit when matted.

Got it for my daughter-in-law and she loves it! Great reference for freehand drawing

Different but never the less enjoyable , prompt delivery .
