Healthier Ingredients out there for a pre mix
I think the packet of powder should be sealed as when I opened the box some flour spilled inside the box. Apart from that great product No EE colours xantham gum rubbish stuff

Strong Flavour for a Sponge
I expected this to be vanillary but it has quite a strong caramel flavour. It was quite heavy, but we made it the vegan way and perhaps didn't give it a good enough whisk. At one day old, the cake now tastes quite weird and had gone very damp and icky. We've tried the ginger cake which was much more successful!
