Stays put. Easy on and off
I can’t speak to durability over time, but these bands are easy to get on and off and the stay put. They’re great for leg exercises but not so much for arms.

Good quality leg bands with a nice range of resistances
Material quality:All 3 leg bands as well as the full sized resistance band, are well made. All of them are comparable in quality to the premium bands I already own.Resistance:The light, medium, and heavy leg bands are more than enough range of resistance to get a nice leg workout.Also, the resistance is progressive as the bands are stretched.Overall:I've used these bands for several weeks without issue. I have absolutely no reservations recommending them.Recommended4 stars
