This product is recommended for ages 4+, which I think is a great recommendation since there are quite a lot of smaller pieces that I just don’t think are appropriate for my 20 month old. I do let her play with the larger pieces that I do not think are a choking hazard though. This item is so versatile. It makes a great travel toy, but is also fun in the kitchen on the fridge as well as on her whiteboard easel. The magnets aren’t very “sticky” when layering them but she does not seem to mind. The magnets are thin, so I’m not sure how long these would last if used super frequently, however for what we use it for, they’re great!

Play set is perfect for a 3 year old that loves paw patrol. Great quality product, for the price we paid. They magnets were great and stuck to where they needed to be. I was afraid it may be flimsy but it was not. It comes in a container that makes it easy to pack up and take so the functionality of this is great and easy to go from place to place!

Love this!! My daughter loves this toy so much. The magnets work well on there so your littles can make whatever Bluey story they want. Real easy to use and metal container is so stable. Great quality, especially to be handled by toddlers. Does have very little tiny pieces so watch out those don’t get lost.

I got this for my 3 year old and she may have been on the younger side for this. The concept is great and adorable but I think if she was 5 it might have been better. The magnet pieces are small so watch the age and make sure they won't "eat them". The pieces do fall off and can get lost easily. The magnets are not strong at all and there is no "holder" inside the bin they fall off a lot so I use a bag to keep them together.

I purchased this for my 3 year old for her first plane ride because I knew I’d need some things to keep her busy. This was a hit! She played with it for hours on and off the plane. She loved recreating all of the Bluey episodes and would see magnetic props or pieces that were I different episodes and start telling me all about the episode itself. I would recommend to put the pieces in a baggy or something if you are traveling with it so they can have a blank workspace to decorate (we used a ziploc and it worked perfectly). I love that the whole set comes in the box you play with but the box is a little flimsy so beware when packing. We smashed one of the corners and we luckily able to pop it back out but it ended up being a little warped after. It’s still one of our daughters favorite toys and she loves to just sit and be creative and decorate the box and “dress up” the characters. It’s worth every penny (and probably more). Perfect gift for your little Bluey lover! I would 10 out of 10 recommend (especially for plane or car activities).

If you’re buying this to keep the kids busy for an afternoon, this gets the job done. We love Bluey as a brand, and this kit contains a surprising number of fun objects from the series (props and call outs to multiple popular episodes!) along with a cool tin to keep everything together.That said… it doesn’t feel like a great value overall. The magnets are very weak. Some of the larger items will stick to the metal backdrop or onto a fridge, but give it a light shake and they’ll fall off. As for the costume elements (hats, glasses, clothes), they may as well be pieces of cardboard that you stack onto the characters. The weak magnets don’t stick to each other. Pick up Bluey and all the props fall right off. Slight gust of wind? They’ll fly off. Bump the table? They’ll fall off.Given that many of the pieces are so small, this is unfortunate because I was expecting to be able to stick all the magnets onto the lid and have the kids use that as a palette or organizer. No such luck. They’re all essentially going to be loose pieces. My kids were also hoping to be able to make and save scenes, but again, if you hold the tin upright, everything falls off.The quality is also lacking. While the prints are bright and glossy, it’s basically a piece of paper spray glued to a thin floppy magnetic page (like you’d buy at a craft store). When you first open the tin, you’ll have to punch the individual pieces out. I advise that you do this for the kids. Because the shapes are sometimes very small and angled, several of the ones my kids popped out themselves ended up torn (as in the paper part peeled or tore right off the magnet). Also, if they get wet or left in the sun or anything like that, they’ll degrade fast.To be fair, this is not advertised as a durable piece of art, so as long as you have the right expectations and you don’t expect this to survive more than a few play sessions, the kids should have plenty of fun.

My nephew is always making up stories. This tin has what you need. Plenty of options for characters and they stick (magnet) to the tin so you don’t have to worry about sliding or losing them. The magnets and tin make it so easy for clean up and storage.
