Q: How do these chairs assemble?

Minimal assembly required. The chair arrives in one piece, folded mostly flat in a cardboard box. Assembly requires unfolding the chair, inserting two plastic pegs (same material as the chair itself), and then using the included allen wrench and stainless screws to complete assembly.

Q: My backyard frequently floods. Does this chair float in water?

We have a lot of rain and water in South Florida. No flooding, but I doubt these chairs would float away easily due to their construction. They are very sturdy and I wouldn’t describe ithem as light weight. The small side table that I also have, may float away with a lot of flooding with moving water.
