I got these in hopes of the multitude of benefits it claims to help with including testosterone levels. I am not a professional supplement/vitamin person so as with all new items like this I'd recommend doing your own research before taking. These are chewable and a tad gritty but otherwise fine as far as flavor.

I chose to try this after hearing some of the possible benefits for men. Anything that is a natural option to help give things a little plus, are always welcome. Speaking from my own experience, they do help to improve performance and activation. The only thing, as with a lot of natural supplements, they take a bit to take effect for the body to utilize. Since I knew this going in I was sure to give it a couple weeks of taking it daily. My experience was that when it kicked in, I noticed. Since this was the only addition to my supplement stack was this in that time period I knew that it was working for me. Everyone's body is different, but I would definitely say its worth trying it. I am glad I did.
