Do i charge my vest up on recieving or does it come charged

Hi, all heated waistcoats on the market, including the Monave waistcoat, do not contain a battery inside. This is because of the need to wash your clothes. But you don't have to worry about the internal wires and USB ports, our material is waterproof. Once you receive the vest you will need to connect it to a power bank to use it. It is important to note that the current output needs to be greater than 2.1A. Connect and switch on the power bank and place it in the exclusive pocket. Then activate the button, in addition you can freely adjust the temperature.

What is the biggest Powerbank I can plug this into?

Biggest I use is one that’s the size of an iPhone 14 pro max which has 50000mAh 
You can use larger ones as the pocket is big enough to hold it but bare in mind that the bigger the power bank the more odd it will look as it will drag down that side. Plus I use the same power bank to charge my phone at times and fits in the same powebank pocket.

Not turning on. Press and hold the button, it flashes red, white and blue and goes off. Could it be the power bank. It is 2.1ma

Hi, it should be noted that a power bank with a stated output current of more than 2.1A may have multiple USB output ports, some of which may have an output current of less than 2.1A.
The flickering light is the result of the power bank not meeting the start-up requirements. If the vest is damaged the button will not light up at all. This is a test procedure set by the engineers. It is also important to note that some of the power banks on the market may have an actual output that is less than their stated value.
