Good strawberry taste. Best no calorie , no sugar , no carbs available. It has a thick and firm consistency so I mash it up before I put it on toast or pancakes. It's sweet and pleasant without tasting synthetic. really does taste like strawberries and no noticeable after taste. I am diabetic so this satisfies my urge for something sweet and tasty. I have even used it to make a smoothie .
