Very clear picture day and night (15ft is the width of the room so cant speak for longer distance at night)purchased more for my projectPros - once i found ip address was easy to program to settings i need for Blue Iris - clear picture, POE or 12v works great, easy to install - seller responded less then 24hoursCons - I had difficulty trying to register an account in the Android app and online web address, never got registered. found info i needed as guest - camera moves fairly easily after mounted,

Works well and has a decent image, day or night. Great value for the price. The only trouble I had was that it took me a few minutes to figure out how to remove the base so I could mount it to the ceiling. Once I figured out how to untwist the bracket from the base, it was easy to install and worked well. A simple instruction sheet in the box for mounting steps would have made the experience perfect. Otherwise, a good product.

Thumbs UP, Best camera for the $$$$dollars spent, I have been adding to my surveillance for 5years now, different cameras. This company makes a quality product. The microsevens are 2 1/2 times more money and work very well, but these VENTEC cameras are same quality, with better infra red. I also run Dahua, Trendnet, D-link, and Hosafe, plus others.

One of the best true 720p 1.0 megapixel cameras out there right now the image quality is clear dayor night, I have had many surveillance cameras and this ranks with the best cameras outthere right now. Their technical support is also Excellent

I liked the price and the service seems prompt.Two main issues:1) I couldn't get the web interface to work so there was no way to directly access the camera to make changes or view the settings. The interface requires Internet Explorer and it tried to install install Active X and Quicktime controls -- setting off all manner of security alarms.2) Blue Iris recognized the camera but the automatic configuration tool didn't work and I couldn't view the video feed. I searched the usual Blue Iris support boards and couldn't find any help. The seller doe not provide support for Blue Iris.I was able to easily install the camera using the recommended CMS application (Windows 10), and I the NVSIP application for Android.But, all of my other cameras are on Blue Iris though, so I am returning this camera..

Cameras performed to spec, good resolution and easy to install. Good deal for the price.

A decent bargain.You get what you pay for, picture quality and night I/R is quite good for the price. Same interface/firmware as HOSAFE, and appears as the same on a HOSAFE NVR. The mount and aiming system however is rather lacking, There appears to be no way to lock your aim, the camera may be moved quite easily, best to keep these out of reach.
