Unfortunately not quite what I expected, quality very good but having adjusted the whistle to achieve a half decent sound the next time use it it has re wound itself , even if I tighten the locking nut with pliers. Not as user friendly or loud as the previous whistle which I lost , wish I had bought a simple whistle as my collie had learnt t recall and sit stay to one or two blasts on that which he will not do with the new whistle. I would return it if I could. John

This dog whistle is a good product but it's the dog who is the problem. She's nearly 9 years old now and she barks every time the neighbour's dog barks. Sometimes she stops and other times she carries on. The clicker has more effect than the whistle at times. It does sometimes stop the dog next door from barking which means my dog stops in time.

i can hear it quite well? should I ?

The instructions tell you to remove the cover and adjust it. To what? As it is supposed to be beyond our hearing capability, is it to your own dog, the neighbour's dog or try it at the park? I cannot get a response from it.

Sadly I lost the whistle the metal part came away from the plastic holder. Had been doing really well with it. My dog responded almost immediately on the beach when I wanted her to come.At home trained her to sit to two whistles. Reluctant to purchase again as I see this as a fault or weakness in the design

I’m in the process of training a young dog and this will involve further training . Hopefully we will both master the technique with the whistle.

Am using it to help stop his barking he doesn't like seagulls and I live on the coast it did the job straight off but I am starting to think it was novelty now he stopdyif he wants to so it's work in progress

Arrived as expected and in perfect condition. Not sure how well it’s going to work, as only just started using it but I think we’re going to have a lot of fun with it and hopefully my dog will become better behaved.
