Swift 220 Plus / Deluxe Caravan Porch Awning

This is a fabulous little awning, it makes an air awning obsolete if simplicity of use is the goal. It is so quick and easy to erect and remove and the construction quality is absolutely fine. We had this on the west coast of Scotland for a week of truly awful rain and wind and it was absolutely bone dry inside with no sign of any damage or problem. I bought the extra roof pole but didn't use it as it wasn't needed. Maybe other users didn't get the roof shaped properly, I can't say, but I can say that I did t need it in a week of torrential rain. I didn't have or need the storm straps either for the week, it was solid enough without them. I didn't use the supplied pegs though, I never use pegs supplied with any awning so you should always buy a set of rock pegs and keep the supplied ones as spares for fine weather use only.

Little bit flimsy but well worth the money. Held up in a strong wind and rain but wouldn't risk very high winds.

Fantastic little awning. Light weight, super easy to put up. It's ideal for just storing bits and bobs and to just kick of your shoes and coats before entering your caravan.

It took a while to put it up first time, even after reading the instructions ;-) But very happy with it now I know how it works. It's just the perfect size for a family of four to chuck wet clothing and boots in.

Very good product, value for money

This is a very good awning, so easy to put up, good quality and no leaks when it rained in the Welsh mountains. The only problem was the height of our caravan, too low, so sadly we have to sell it after only one week of use, the mistake is ours entirely, but I would recommend it to anyone who has an average height caravan.
