Love this size. I was really looking for something compact that wouldn't take too much space in my gym bag. But big down fall was that it weighs like 8lbs. That's hard to carry around if you're taking it to the gym like I do. My backpack got damaged because of how heavy it is. Others ones I looked at are light but big in size. I feel like I would use them more but I hate carrying them around while I'm at the gym.

I wasn't as stable as I would like when squatting. These wedges actually work and, at least for me, added noticeable stability to my squats. I don't know how it works, but they do.

I have some knee/hip/back issues that I should be doing squats to help with. Those same issues make doing squats flat-footed quite painful, which means I end up not doing my squats, thus exacerbating the issues.These squat wedges are an absolute GAME-CHANGER for me!!! I just had to try them out immediately after they got delivered, and WOW!!! I was able to just crank out squats with hardly any of the the pain in my knees/hips/back that I typically have during squats.These wedges are VERY solid and definitely have some weight to them. I highly appreciate the tire-tread texture, it helps keep my feet firmly in place & prevents slipping. The sturdy storage/carrying case that comes with these wedges is AWESOME, considering that I live in a tiny home - everything I own has to be able to be packed up and stored in small spaces. It also makes taking them along for workouts outside of my home super convenient!I absolutely recommend these squat wedges, they are simply amazing.

These wedges are as heavy duty as they get. They’re heavy and solid. It comes in a convenient carrying case. These are far more sturdy than the foam wedges out there. If you’re serious about your squats these are top of the line.

I gave these four stars since I own another pair of Rubber Squat Wedges that are at the same price point, but MUCH more versatile (Angle/Plane Adjustments and SOLID Rubber, not Vented with Ribs) and hold in place better than these if bumped from the side before baring weight.These are well made from rubber and come with a nice carrying case. They DO stay in place well while using with weight on them. They're durable and should last for a long time. Had I not already owned that other pair/set I would most likely have rated these 5 stars. I AM using these and DO like them, just not at this price point for what they are.

These wedges do a lot to straighten your back when going deep into your squat. It feels a little strange at first, but you'll get used to it, and your muscles will respond well to the change.That said the blocks are dense! I dont mean stupid, I mean they are very solid. So solid that I might use them for blocking my camper trailer tires! I'm intrigued to see if they will work like a tree felling wedge, but I cant find anything in the product description that suggests this is safe. Keep an eye out for my results on the news or maybe via the Darwin awards. Be safe out there!

I was afraid when I ordered these that they would be like some cheap plastic wedge. They are not! These things are legit! Very heavy duty rubber, very grippy. They will take more weight than I ever plan on lifting that's for sure! The little case they came in is very nice as well. I was very impressed. If you are working on your mobility or are familiar with "ATG" workouts these things are perfect!
