I love these pens. I have them in a bunch of colors. They're classy without being pretentious and they have been around since 1954.

Pens that are colorful and refillable
Parker pens are top notch. I have several in various barrel colors.

A classic
Nice, dark line, long lasting, refillable, inexpensive, feels good in the hand, a pen with a history in movies (Goldeneye), TV (Mad Men) and even politics (this was supposedly a favorite of JFK). The only small quibble I have is that after a while you may need to wipe small splotches of ink off the tip before you write, or those splotches will appear on the page. Still, overall, a great value and a classic.
