It’s a significant step up from the standard office fare, both in terms of aesthetics and actual comfort. What Stands Out: Manufacturer’s Attention to Detail: I was pleasantly surprised by the care put into the packaging and design. There are protective pads between parts to prevent damage during shipping, which is a rare find. Even better, there is a dedicated cover on the back that hides the metal hardware, giving it a much cleaner, more high-end look. Comfort & Recline: The seat is exceptionally soft—definitely comfortable for long sessions. The reclining feature is smooth and makes it easy to shift from "focus mode" to a more relaxed position. Build Quality: The stitching is clean, and the material feels durable. It doesn't have that "cheap plastic" feel you often find at this price point. One Area for Improvement: Footrest Installation: While the rest of the assembly was straightforward, the footrest was a bit of a struggle to install. Bought this chair a few days ago and so far I’m genuinely impressed. The seat is actually wide and comfy, and the high back feels supportive—my shoulders and lower back feel more relaxed after sitting for a while. The recline is nice for taking a short break, and the footrest is a fun bonus (way more useful than I expected). It rolls smoothly and feels stable, not wobbly. I love this chair. I am only giving this review a 4 b/c of the return policy the seller offers. It took me a long time to decide to purchase this chair. It is a 3rd party with a sketchy return policy. I took a risk. With that said, I give this product a 5-Star Rating. To begin, I am 5'2" 105lb. The quality of the material is really nice. It looks and feels like good quality soft and supple faux, black leather. I love the ergonomics of the whole design of the chair. I love how the arm rests are padded all the way down to the seat, and the back of the seat cradles perfectly around my form like a hug, to echo another reviewer. It feels very snuggly...cozy. Due to my small stature, I regret not having adjustable arm rests. Just slightly higher would be ideal. I fit perfectly sitting cross-legged on the extra wide design. I am delighted with just how comfortable these cushions are. Reclining back all the way with the foot rest really is comfortable enough to fall asleep. The foot rest feels sturdy enough to stand the test of time. As for packaging, all parts arrived very well padded. The instructions are easy to follow pictures with arrows and coordinating, numbered hardware. This seller's product and schpeal is accurate. I highly recommend this chair.

I’ve gone through quite a few office chairs over the years, and this one has quickly become my favorite. Very uncomfortable, does not tilt AT ALL (major con for me, being neurodivergent), complicated to put together, some screws don't work with the predetermined holes and needed to use a different type, no back support, at all. The quality sucks when it comes to the foot stool, which slides all the way out sometimes, as there's nothing keeping it from overextending. The only good thing was that the color was accurate, I guess? The pleather isn't bad, texture wise. This is not made for truly large individuals, as I'm 6'2 and 370lb, and it was extremely uncomfortable, and not wide enough to cross my legs in. All that being said, I'm in the process of returning it, and it weighs 56.5lb and would cost over $120 just to return it, as the returns ARE NOT FREE, meaning we'd only get $80 back. Seller offered a $25 Amazon credit. I ordered a different chair that actually works perfect and is super comfy, and comes in pink!! Check out Petheivun for actual big and tall chairs that are comfy, AND TILT. (They don't offer free returns either, and are over 60lb, just a heads up though!)

The chair is well padded and comfortable for a while, then the not so big and tall part happens. The picture shows a person sitting cross-legged in the chair, I assume she is 4'10" and weighs 80 lbs as when my 74" frame gets in the arms are a bit too close and when I man-spread my legs hit both sides of them and after a few minutes it is very uncomfortable. the foot rest is about a foot too close when fully extended and the back does not make it to 90 degrees where I prefer. Not a bad chair, just not a big and tall chair.
