350mm T8 Tr8x8 Lead Screw and Brass Nut (Acme Thread, 2mm Pitch, 4 Starts, 8mm Lead) for 3D Printer Z Axis

It is okay. The threads have a variation every 4mms down the whole part .1mm. .1 mm I know small right? But 50mm later that is huge. Must be a die cut thread with a warn edge in one slot instead of a acme thread head cutter? Very weird error for a acme thread. Also seems deeper in some parts cut. I think this screw was cut with a bad set die or head cutter as the rod was broached. On the other hand! Nut was cut perfectly. And it also was perfectly lose on the screw. I tossed the nut on a old 8t acme I had and it fit nice. So kinda disappointed, the old 8t has less ware then the new one.

Disclaimer: I didn't use the included bushing. I installed it with a two-piece spring-loaded anti-backlash nut, which fits perfectly. Travels smoothly and there's no wobble at all. I had to trim mine down a bit because a 300mm version wasn't available, but that posed no problems.Mounting it into a spring coupler made for an M8 threaded rod was a little tricky, but I found that I was able to spread open the spring coupler by threading a screw into the "wrong" side of the outer clamp hole and tension it against a thin metal shim to force the opening apart enough to get the T8 screw in as deep as I needed it, then release the tension and install a grub screw in the center grub screw hole. Because the free side of the clamp is the only part that gets offset, it still left the lead screw perfectly centered with absolutely no visible artifacts on printed objects. Perfectly smooth walls!

There's not much to say about the leadscrew itself, really. It's pretty standard, with an amount of play that's neither exceptional nor remarkably bad, but one thing that I really appreciate: it was actually well packaged and arrived perfectly straight. It was in a box held in the center with foam pieces. 90% of the time I order linear motion parts they come in a plastic bag, or a tube if I'm really lucky, and often they get bowed by this. I had to leave a review out of sheer appreciation for a vendor that actually gives a crap if I receive parts in a usable state.

I ordered two and both were bent, one obscenely so. The nuts include were garbage as well with insane amounts of backlash. Do not buy anything from reliabot

I bought these to complete a custom build on an Ender3. They worked perfectly with existing brass nuts on two different brand drive setups. Their included drive screws also seem good quality, but I didn't use them.I would certainly buy these again.

Doesn't fit the Z axis on a 3018 CNC the blue coupling is mine.

Arrived on time and straight as an arrow. Well packaged. It was a touch longer than the stock leadscrew, but knew that going forward, and had no problem cutting a relief hole in the additional supporting extrusion.

First set received had manufacturing defect. Showed “bite marks” and would not slide.2nd set had a much better one than the other. Definite quality control issues

Leider nicht kompatibel mit dem CR-X von Creality da der Platz zwischen Gewindestange der Z-Achse und dem rechten Extrudermotor zu eng ist. Verarbeitung ist dennoch gut. Für andere Drucker deshalb brauchbar.
