Exactly what I was looking for!
I have one hip that is higher than the other. My physical therapist told me I should elevate the lower hip when I'm sitting to take the pressure off the higher hip and balance them out. I've been looking everywhere for something like this and couldn't find it. It's all about what you put into the Amazon search engine. I finally got the description right and up popped these - just perfect!

Good tool but too small
This product was too thin for my needs. I tried to find use for it because it was a very nice and sturdy. But I ended up returning so I couldn't comment on pain relief.

Ok product
Though they’re too large and thick to use as I intended ( to lift one side to ease scoliosis), I’m able to use as extra support when sitting up in bed.
