30 high quality ingredients in one powder
It's difficult to be eating the recommended daily intake of greens, but this greens powder has been a convenient solution. This greens powder combines a diverse mix of 30 fruits, vegetables, and superfoods, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. One of the standout features is its multi-enzyme blend, which aids in digestion and nutrient absorption. The absence of artificial additives and colours is a big plus for me. The powder mixes easily into water or smoothies without any lumps, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The taste is surprisingly palatable, though quite sweet due to the stevia and orange juice solids. If you prefer less sweetness, it might take some getting used to. Despite this, the taste is better than many other green powders I've tried. However, the price is quite high, with a 450g pouch costing £54.95 for 30 servings. This makes it a bit expensive, especially if you're using it daily. Despite this, the convenience and quality of ingredients make it worth considering if you struggle to get enough greens in your diet.Overall, Synergy WorldWide Pro360 Wholefood Performance Greens is a solid choice for boosting your intake of greens and supporting overall wellness, though it comes with a hefty price tag.

Ingredients could be better quality but some good stuff in this
I’m a Nutrition Specialist and so am pretty well versed with ingredients and knowing what they are and what ones to avoid. But I have to say - there are a lot of chemical names in this that were new to me! I’m going to have to go through each one to see EXACTLY what I would be putting into my body. One that I would avoid is the cheaper synthetic version of B12 (cyanocobalamin) and this product contains this. It also has anti-caking agents and emulsifiers. Again. Not something I’m keen to put into my body on a regular basis. I’m going to just keep eating my greens and give this to the teenagers who are averse to eating veg (!) as even though it’s not perfect ingredients - it does contain quite a lot of the good phytonutrients that they are missing out on.

Good.
This is a great way to get your greens for people who struggle to incorporate it into their diet. It also contains a range of fruits. To be honest I've never taken powered supplements so I can only go based of what I see. Considering you receive a 30 days worth of servings, I think it is very expensive. I've been taking it for a few days now and tbh I don't feel any different. The powder is very sweet so if that's something your not into then I wouldn't recommend. However, it tastes better than I expected. It mixes well with water if you give it a good stir. When it comes to the ingredients, im not too knowledgable on what good and not, so its probably worth going through it one by one to make sure you know what you are putting in your body. Overall good I think.

Basically an electrolyte and superfood blend, but way too expensive.
The predominant flavour is beetroot, and it overpowers all of the other ingredients. It mostly mixes okay, but I had small lumps in mine, using 370ml of water.I'm lifting at the gym four times a week, and I can't say that I've noticed any real differences in energy levels after using this. I've tried it both as a pre-workout and as something to hydrate with afterwards, and as it's basically a souped-up electrolyte formula, it does a good job of rehydration, but don't expect any wonders. It contains some adaptogens like green coffee bean extract and green tea leaf extract, which would both have caffeine, but you don't notice this. When compared with something like maté, which provides a non-crashing, clean and mature energy stimulus, you still feel something; that's not the case here, which I'm not sure is a good or a bad thing. You get a variety of other berry, fruit and vegetable extracts which will contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other beneficial compounds, so that's probably good; but whether you need all of that outside of what you can get through your diet, is another matter. At the time of writing, this is £48.95 for 210g of product, and that's just a bit insane really. Even with the potential benefits, the ingredients here are nothing special and don't do anything that other competing products don't already do similarly or better, for much less money. I would give this a hard miss.

Nutrient-Rich but Overly Sweet
Synergy Performance Greens is loaded with essential greens, and just one serving covers two of your daily green vegetable needs. This makes it a convenient choice for improving gut health and overall wellness. However, I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. While it's packed with beneficial nutrients, the sweetness might be a bit much if you prefer less sugary supplements.
