Must read!!!
I had digestive issues due to PID in 2016 that was misdiagnosed. I feared issues with other organs. I had bad doctors who told me just dont look at your frothy poop. No proper test where done to check my organs. I just found out I have a sluggish gallbladder that could have been impacted by the PID. If I had a diagnosis for my gallbladder I would have been taking better care of it. As a single mom on the go I have always working out and tried to eat my best. Now that I read this book I feel more confident in taking better care of myself. This and chatgbt have helped me more than my own doctors. Doctors don't care they just want to diagnosis give medicine or pull it out.I my poop is now normal just from taking magnesium, vitamin B3&K2. I feel adding more to my diet and enzymes will help me even more. Now that I know it my gallbladder I can do the proper research to help it.I highly recommend this book. Even if I get it removed I will have a game plan and know how to better my health.

Scant but excellent information for post surgery patients.
I find her books valuable and her products are quite good. My only wish was that she had a larger chapter (or even a whole book) specifically for people who have had their gall bladder removed. That was the whole reason I bought the book, since it is in the title. I had my gall bladder removed with complications that resulted in also losing half of my liver. There is virtually no information for someone in my situation. So, I try to find information on both liver and gall bladder issues. Sandra Cabot has given me very helpful information with her other books, especially the fatty liver book. I just wanted MORE information for what to do post surgery. That said, what WAS there was extremely helpful! At last, I understood the symptoms I was having, such as chronic reflux acid. I followed her suggestion to try digestive enzymes with ox bile. It works wonderfully for me. So... yes.. the book was worth it for just 4 good pages that applied to me.

Very good information
This book is well written. after reading it, I'm thinking I've had some liver and gallbladder issues for many years but they were either mild or I didn't connect what was going on to those organs. Either way the book is very informative and is helping me make some decisions as I have to visit a surgeon to consult about having my GB removed. I'm not partial to that just yet and want to see if dietary changes and habits can resolve my problem. I have followed quite a bit of advice from this book and so far things have improved and the author does state that it can take months and I'm fairly patient as long as I am moving in the right direction. I highly recommend this book to anyine who has had or is having GB and/or liver issues.

Life changer
Omg, this book has literally saved me and hopefully my gallbladder. I have had gallstones for at least 12 years and they never really did anything or so I thought. I have had digestion issues for all of those years but continued to eat sugar, carbs and high fat and then lots af Prilosec or Zantac etc thinking it was my tummy. Year after year it has gotten worse, tummy aches, not feelin good a couple hrs after eating fish and chips but no real pain. Then 6 months ago the subtle ache on my top right side started, had my 3rd ultra sound and yes still small stones and some sludge still there, no inflammation but boy am I uncomfortable. Ordered this book and a light has gone on!, explains it all in simple terms and now I see I need to change my diet or I am gonna loss my gallbladder and open up a whole new can of worms. I have read it over and over and have and will be following the advise to a T. Great great book. Thank you SO much for writing this it has saved me.

Gallbladder cookbook
I was fascinated by the information until it kept repeating the same thing through out the entire book and there wasn’t many recipes and the ones they did have, weren’t that pleasing and so basic

GB issues get this book - if you have it or not!
I began having attacks (throwing up) after heavy foods, no pain and the Doctor wanted to remove my GB (acted like I had a grapefruit size stone filling my whole GB). The gasp he gave me didn't match mine when I saw how little the 2 stones were (mm size, no sludge) I'm choosing to take steps and keep mine. I have read may things online, choose this book due to reviews. This book does several things:1) gives you some eating directions and recipes (not allot, but at least some direction) everything else on-line was too broad.2) gives supplement suggestions and gives reasons why/what they do3) best part - comes right to the point. I'm not a doctor, I'm not getting a degree on this. I just want the facts with small explanations.I didn't have to take notes to refer back to.4) to flush or not to flush - that also is addressed

Pass this by if you have already had your gallbladder removed
This book was very disappointing to me as I purchased it while awaiting gallbladder surgery. The book infers there is info for those that have lost their gallbladder but there is very little info to help anyone that has lost their gallbladder. I can find better info on the Internet free.
