Cheap and Cheerful, does the job, but the remote reminds me of a ... well, Never Mind...
I just wanted to make it clear that this product is sold for £15 to begin with, I mean seriously I am amazed how cheap the product is made and wondering (how much does it cost them to make it and still come up with a profit?!)...Yes, it has no detachable face-plate and the product feels quite hallow, but the plastic's face is not too bad, the dial works nicely and allows 2 x USB ports.I have no idea why the remote control looks like a tired-Johnson really made me laugh when I took it out, I was like (WoW... Easy Tiger), anyway, the battery compartment was a little difficult to use as it did not open easily and looked a cheap enough to worry about breaking if I pull too much, decided to leave it alone. The back connectors come with:A) The standard 4 x speaker wiring whereas each top+bottom pair is the signal+GND connection.B) The standard power connector (Black=GND, Red=Permanent 12V, Yellow=Switched 12V, Blue is optional)C) 4 x RCA connections 2 Front and 2 Back L+R connections (used usually for sub-woofer systems)D) Antenna Port (Antenna Cable/Convertor is not included). The item works, I connected my mobile via bluetooth and was able to hear the audio. The sound quality is ok (if the volume is low) but once I increased much higher (over 70%) it started to become distorted, the coils inside probably can't handle high wattage due to the cheap parts used inside. But, for a £15 it leaves me no room to moan about it, this product worked as I expected.

Brilliant in our caravan for streaming bluetooth, No DAB
I'm amazed it has so many features for £20! This is in our caravan replacing an ancient CD unit. All we really wanted is to connect phones to it and then we can play whatever we want. It doesn't have DAB which would probably annoy me if I were to use it in a car but not surprising at this price point.

Extremely cheap bluetooth radio without all the bells and whistles.
This is about as cheap as you can go for a bluetooth car stereo, it does do the functions listed, however looks extremely cheap with a plastic thin touch panel and poor digital display that is only viewable at certain angles plus very dim.Reviewer Positives:Does the basic functions if you are on a tight budget, comes with basic app support for Android & IOSReviewer Negatives:This looks realy realy cheap, it weighs virtually nothing showing there isn't much to it, the current branded one i have with bluetooth is 3 times heavier showing a lot better quality. The IR sensor is not flat as advertised on the listing picture but rather a bump that protrudes from the radio and looks horrible. The remote is useless on a UK steering wheel as it is for a left hand drive car due to its shape, if you do put it on the left hand side of the steering wheel it is upside down. The 2 Blade keys "radio removal tool" are bigger than the openings in the radio, the front does not come off so you would need to snap the bits of plastic on the radio to get the radio out, see photo "Design flaw"No instructions whatsoever. The IOS app was updated 11 months ago so don't expect much support going forward with this as phones get updated and apps stop working.Save your money and buy a better branded one. This is being given 2 stars just because it works and could be acceptable to some on a very low budget.

the concept is good but....
Sadly this product is a bit of a damp squib and a little oudated. The concept is good but what cars, vans, trucks don't have at least a decent BT (bluetooth) system as standard today? The product itself reminds me of those awful copies of branded radios that used to e fitted inside the old cortinas etc. They were cheapply made and the sound they produced was nothing like that of a branded German radio. This system is already outdated as it doesn't have one important thing that today's systems have... it has no screen and no Sat Nav. All it has is a basic LED display.Another big let down is that this radio system has to be wired in whereas similar and better products are simply powered by the cigar lighter socket. There is a BT (bluetooth) receiver so one can connect a smartphone to play one's own music and there is a a small remote control but with today's driving laws this is just simply not up to much use unless one pulls to the kerb every few hundred yards to use the remote control or change the playlist on one's phone etc. One isn't even allowed to mess with radios, phones etc. whilst stationary at lights. So, what is really needed today is a smart screen so one can connect devices such as smart phones and tablets to the system, for receiving calls or changing tracks etc. Additionally, today's car entertainment systems also incluse satelite navigation (Sat Nav). The quality of the build of this product reminds me of those cheap OEM copy CD players for PCs. The metal casing of this rattles when holding the it so I hate to think of what it will be like if it gets installed. The metal case is too thin, thinner thyan a tin can so there has been minimal cost in producing this and even the speaker jack ports are not aligned.I can go on about how bad this product is and I can write a short novel but I won't. Instead I will simply say that I do not recommend this product at all as it is cheap, tacky, not of much use and of poor quality. As for value this is what one would be looking at market stalls and around flea markets for if one is on a very tight budget. This is not a good value item.
