Great value 2 in 1 Cordless Vac
The Morphy Richards 2 in 1 Vac is an affordable, effective cordless vacuum cleaner. I have no hesitation in giving it a 5 star rating in it's class. For the price you get a decently powerful vacuum cleaner which is light, portable and easy to store. It's not a Dyson or a Shark but then it retails at less than a third of the price, so as always you get what you pay for. And in this case, you get a lot for your money.Firstly, it has two power settings - high and low. I have tested the latter out on vinyl, tiles and laminate flooring and it works really well. Turn it up to the high setting for carpets and it's very effective. Alternatively just use the high setting for all floor types and you will get a really clean finish. After all, how long does it take to vac an average house? The manufacturers claim that it will run for 50 minutes on the low setting which I have not tested. But, if you need to use a vacuum for the best part of an hour you probably have a house so big that you can afford either a top of the range Dyson or a cleaner. So for a small house, I think it does it's job. You can use it as a traditional upright cleaner or as a detachable mini cleaner which is useful for stairs, ceiling corners and those pesky dust spiders who seem to appear from nowhere. The Vac comes with two accessory tools for those difficult areas which you can combine to work as three tools. There is a battery level indicator and the main vacuum head comes with cool headlights to highlight those difficult to see areas. I wish you could turn them off, as you don't always need them and it must reduce the battery life. The main vacuum head is very flexible which allows you to reach difficult areas under furniture, chairs etc,Other nice touches are the fold down handle which makes storage very easy and the wall mounted attachment although I haven't tried that yet.The two minor criticisms I have is that the batteries are not removable - the charger just plugs into the body of the cleaner - which means that the life of the product is dictated by the life of the batteries. So this product has a distinct shelf life - I'm guessing three years tops. Secondly when you are using the vac in its main position to clean it snaps too easily into the upright position, especially if you are a tall person like myself. Not a big problem, just a matter of getting the knack.

Handy Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
I bought this to keep upstairs as carrying my heavy Dyson vacuum cleaner up there was a pain. It has made life so much easier for me and it is so easy just to whizz this around whenever needed, being really lightweight and cordless makes it great for just getting on with the job. Admittedly my Dyson has more suction and gives a deeper clean but it’s still a relatively good clean. You have the option of having a lighter clean to save the battery but it’s not enough in my eyes so I stick to the stronger option. The fact that you just lift off part of it and have a handheld cleaner is great too. It’s easy to store as it is quite compact and the folding handle is a clever idea. The main downside is you have to empty it quite often as obviously the dust compartment is quite small. It is a bit of a pain as you have to clean the concertina type filter and I have always ended up getting dust all over me and the floor whilst doing it but it may be something that gets better with practice or it could be that I am not particularly dexterous. Also I do find that the brush head lifts up sometimes whilst you use it but you just need to tap it down and away you go. So for me, despite a couple of niggles I would say this is an ideal vacuum for what I need it for and I would buy it again as long as it stands the test of time. I really would not want to be without it now.

Powerful for a light vacuum
The media could not be loaded. Brought for elderly relative. Can't compare to likes of a corded vac for suction (we have a Dyson) but was very impressed for a battery vac. Bristles help effectively lift dirt too. Light enough for my just turned 2 year old to use, gives an idea of ease of use. Smaller vac pops out easily for use on stairs etc. Brought 2 years ago and has had periodic use and as goid as new.If there's a slight down side it would be that it can need emptying more regularly as dirt store area is relatively small. Easy to do though and managed well even with arthritic hands.

DO NOT SPEND A FORTUNE ON OTHER WELL KNOWN BRANDS
I dont know what to say really other than wow! Oh ok, I do know what to say..Ive always been a Henry fan for performance and versatility of use. I gave up the upright hoovers when they couldn't quite reach corners and were no good on stairs. However I have 2 dogs now and really need to pop Henry around daily but its too much lugging it around and getting the hose and power cord tangled etc so thought Id give a cordless/dual hoover a go!Im a massive idiot when it comes to scanning reviews and can spend days deciding. All the well known brands were a tad pricey for something i wasnt sure id even like so went middle for diddle and got this hoover! So pleased i did and this is why..Very easy set up, very lightweight, very upright, very good suction, very good pick up, very easy to manoeuvre, very easy to remove the handheld, very easy to empty, very easy to store AND very quick to pop around the house daily! As others have said yes it needs emptying almost after every use if you have pets but thats so easy and also quite a nice clean feeling as you can see (but dont believe) quite how much this hoover picks up!It effortlessly rolls on and off rugs and the handheld brilliantly gets in all the crevices!Stairs are also a breeze! So chuffed with this little hoover and Im so pleased I didnt buy one that was 2/3 times more expensive 😀
