Great bags, great service, true to stated dimensions
TLDR: These bags seem super high quality so far, and the company's customer service is quick and responsive. Esp if you're looking for lighter-colored grow bags in these sizes, these seem to be your best bet after I did a ton of research.Size - After reading reviews that said the bags were smaller than anticipated, I bought the 7gallon bags instead of the 5gallon. Not totally sure about volume--y'all might be right that these don't hold a full 7 gallons--but they are pretty much exactly in line with the dimensions stated in the product descriptions and answered questions.Material - I don't quite get the negative reviews on here that say these are flimsy. You're buying felt grow bags. They're going to be felt (which means flexible and fabric) and they're going to be different from a bucket. Ideally that's what you want if you're buying them! :-) These seem sturdy, and after moving them around full of wet dirt and plants, the handles seem super strong. The felt is thicker than the Winner Outfitters brand black grow bags I had before.Color - These aren't "army green." They match the picture, which is more like a kelly green or a soft light green. They look gorgeous with plant foliage and in contrast to my other black grow bags. Because the color is lighter, the bags show a color difference when wet after watering. Doesn't bother me.Function - I've got these set in clear plastic 17" saucers from Home Depot that are about 2" deep, and I keep those filled with a reservoir of water that the bags can wick up during the heat of the day. It's a form of sub-irrigation similar to the kiddie-pool gardening idea, but more aesthetically pleasing than having Walmart bags and kiddie pools on my porch. So far so good! Plants seem to be thriving. I'm hoping the lighter color will help my plants survive the scorching Texas summer.Service - I knew what I was getting, and I was super impressed when they came--only I expected them to run small, because of all the reviews saying they're smaller than the advertised volume, and instead they match the dimensions stated. Because of this, it turns out I need slightly smaller ones (but I've figured out how to use these also). I mentioned this to the company after noticing their no-questions-asked refund policy, and they refunded me immediately (unlike the folks at Winner Outfitters, where I made a similar mistake and they're still processing the refund super weirdly, even though they have the same policy). I would buy from them again in a heartbeat, and will once I figure out what sort of smaller sizes I need!

So far, so good - Updated - Still Good
Update: Still holding up well after three years and have ordered another set of the 5 gallon size for ginger root. My pineapple plants got almost too big for my sun-room and four have produced fruit that will be ready for picking this fall. Nothing as sweet and juicy as a home grown pineapple.Discovered a handy trick for when you move them indoors in the winter. While still outside, set the fabric pot up on something so it's easy to get around it and wrap it all the way around with generous overlap with cling wrap or stretch wrap. Then when you place it in a plastic tray inside, you can water it and any excess water will flow into the tray and not leak out the sides.Have only used this summer for my pineapple plants and they have been fantastic with those. My plants have grown tremendously with these containers. I have them sitting on a rock landscaping facing south so they get pretty much all day sun and I think that is what is making the pineapples in particular grow so well as it clearly keeps the sol and roots very warm. With a good mix of potting soil, some peat and some sand, it allows the soil to remain moist yet have very good drainage. I rated overall five starts but the individual at only four since I have yet had to handle them. They will get moved in to the sun-room this fall and I will update as needed.

Plants are healthy, good value
Really good value on this purchase. Growing Amnesia Haze autoflowers and they love these pots. No problems with drainage or lack there of. Easy to water from the bottom because the fabric soaks up water. This let's the soil and roots take in what it needs and reduces over watering. They also breathe well letting the roots dry and help prevent root rot.The only thing I don't like is the sides move to much when picking up. It causes voids in the soil around the edge but I do understand that is a fabric pot problem and not a bad design or production flaw. The pots are sturdy and durable.

Excellent for tomato plants
This was my first time growing tomatoes, so I learned a lot and I'm more ready for next summer. I started off with containers I thought were plenty big enough but I was SO wrong. I had six plants and I couldn't believe how tall 3 of them got (6-8 ft tall!). My plants were growing but root bound and not producing the tomatoes I knew they should.....and squirrels were eating the ones that were growing!!! I finally decided to order these bags and very carefully, with help, transplanted them and they really took off. I highly recommend them and you can't beat the price for 5 containers. If you're growing tomatoes, I suggest the 10 gallon bags over the 5 gallon. I don't know if 5 gallons was accurate or not but the bags were much smaller than I expected and not much bigger than the containers I first used. Also, make sure to get ones that are taller rather than wider. The taller ones will support the plants better although you'll still need tomato cages. I also suggest putting them on rolling plant stands because they get heavy, especially after watering. To keep the squirrels out of them, I broke down and bought a mini greenhouse.
