A really useful book if you are looking to get started with fasting. It is informative, educational and a really comprehensive guide without being overly complicated. I have been intermittent fasting on and off for a little while now and think this book will give me the push and all the info i need to stick with it.

Really well written and easy to read
This book has great information about intermittent fasting...really all you need to know. From science and research about results and expectations, to suggested best practices and planning what to do. It's also very smooth. By that I mean it flows well and is easy and feels good to read. Great book!! 👍

A Gem of a Book
This book explains fasting in an easy-to-understand way. This book discusses how fasting affects women and men differently and gives women advice on selecting fasting methods that will get better results while not interfering with menstrual cycles or altering their metabolism. I had read other books on fasting, but this one did a superior job of explaining it. It also gave a variety of fasting methods. The other thing that I liked about this book is it understood the relevancy and importance of religion as it pertains to fasting. The book also has a section for troubleshooting issues you might experience when fasting, specific to hunger. This can really help you. The other nice thing is that the author provided other books on intermittent fasting that you can read if you choose to expand your knowledge base. This is a special book and a bargain.

Great for Beginner Fasters
My son has been trying to get me to try intermittent fasting for years. This book, with all its simple to understand information, has given me enough knowledge to give it a try.

A comprehensive resource - easy to read
I haven't quite finished this book, but I'm loving it - it covers lots of angles and aspects and seems to deal with all the important things you need to know. I do intermittent fast, but sometimes I forget why I'm doing it (the detail) and this has given me a renewed intention to 'clean up my fast' a bit, as I've become lax and started having milk in my tea in the mornings again... which is lovely, but doesn't have to be done EVERY day!! Then I'd be doing better for my health. Great book. If you've ever wondered about intermittent fasting, this is an enjoyable read - not text book like boring, but still factual.

Cleared up a practice that has always been confusing to me
So you only eat between noon and 6? And you lose weight? I have never understood the basics of intermittent fasting until I picked up this book. The author lays out clear and concise information that I actually have begun to implement in my day to day life. Intermittent Fasting works! If you're curious at all about it, I highly recommend picking up this book. It both well researched and easy to follow!
