READ BEFORE INSTALLATION - LOOK AT ATTACHED PICTURES 1 & 2!! You have to correctly align the white tabs before installing. The white tabs need to be pointing towards the trackpad, NOT the keyboard. I almost returned the product, but thankfully I emailed customer support. They sent me a link that explained the tab positioning. Also, if you mess up the installation, you can use a tooth pick to slowly lift the sticker and try again. (this hint was on their website too - Amazon does not allow links to be written in reviews - so just contact seller after ordering to get installation instructions link). BTW, I have a case on my laptop. As long as you align the sticker to the edge of the trackpad and keyboard ridge, it leaves a couple millimeters for the "tabs" of the case to hold on to the laptop. See Picture 3 - at the bottom to the left and right of the trackpad you'll see the "tabs" of the case not touched by the stickers. Product Review: Amazing product - color is almost a perfect match to my Macbook Air M4 15" Midnight color. After it's installed, you don't really notice the slight difference in color. The product is actually THICK - it's not a thin sticker. I bought this because my #1 concern was scratching the midnight finish while typing with my apple watch band (the little round metal thing at the bottom of the strap scratching the finish). After seeing how thick it is, I'm happy I don't need to worry about that. I’ve had friends use my laptop and they don’t notice the stickers. I only notice when I see smudges to the right and left of the keyboard and no smudges where the stickers are lol.

Like that the manufacturer takes a hard case into consideration. They provide a visual of where to align the palm covers for a case vs. no case. First one the tab to remove the backing ripped so it was a little tricky to separate without a tab but not a big deal. With a color I wasn't worried about if fingerprints might show. Second one I was careful and it came off fine. Color doesn't match exactly so you can see the covers. Not important to me but mentioning it in case someone would be bothered by that. If you have long nails be careful while gliding the cover down because you can put a dent in it like I did. Again, something I'm not bothered by so it's just a heads up to other customers. I peeled the backing about halfway back while I was lining each up and then smoothed the cover down while pulling more of the backing off. Don't feel like they would come off easily. Will update with any changes.

This palm rest protector does exactly half the job you need it to. The flat surface coverage is solid - it applies cleanly, stays put, and genuinely protects the main palm rest area from the oils and wear that accumulate from daily typing. For that core function, it works fine. But here's the critical flaw: it completely ignores the corner edges where your wrists naturally brush when you're adjusting position or reaching for the trackpad. vulnerable corners? Still totally exposed. And guess what gets scratched first on any laptop? Exactly those spots. It's like buying a phone case that doesn't wrap around the corners - you're protecting the least vulnerable area while leaving the danger zones bare. The material itself feels disappointingly plasticky, almost like thick packing tape rather than the premium film you'd expect from something with "GhostShield Premium" in the name. It's functional, sure, but there's nothing premium about the tactile experience. Your palms will notice the difference. For the price, you're getting incomplete protection with a mediocre feel. It'll prevent some wear, which is why it earns 3 stars instead of 2, but don't expect comprehensive coverage or a premium experience. Those corner scratches will still happen, and you'll still be shopping for a replacement solution down the line.

Great color matching and not overly thick! Picked up a new MacBook and needed to protect the palm rests from watch scratches. They fit GREAT and they aligned well to work with the case installed. The high quality of these made the install only take seconds and there were NO BUBBLES! Instructions aren't needed, but they tell you where to align if you have a case. This is the type or protection that is highly recommended as a first purchase for your new computer!

Great product - the color is spot on! I had wanted to protect my new starlight MacBook from scratches and came across these stickers. They’re nice and thick. They peel away easily and reapply with no issues so I’m not worried about them damaging the laptop if I ever want to take them off. Feels like they’re not even there.

It’s a perfect match for the midnight colour MacBook Air m5. Easy to install. Ensure all dust is removed before installing to avoid bubbles.

non è della misura precisa del Mac Air 15 pollici m4. ho dovuto ritagliarlo di 4mm ad lato altrimenti andava sul trackpad. anche il colore non è identico al Mac, speriamo non lasci residui nel caso dovessi rimuoverlo in futuro. al tatto non si nota differenza con la superficie del Mac.

The color is matching exactly to the machine’s. It was easy to use the stickers. They were neatly packed. Clean and wet wipes were provided. If you are sensitive to strong smell, it is better to ask for help with the wet wipe from someone who is okay with it, or use it in a well-ventilated area. Now, I just want a sticker to protect the rest of the area as well, next to and above the keyboard. This Macbook color shows every fingerprint but it is better for my eyes to have a dark keyboard with a dark background. I took 2 photos to show how it looks like in different lights. It looks even better in real life.

Prácticamente imperceptible si los ves instalados desde cierto ángulo. El color es prácticamente el mismo o muy muy similar al Midnight de las computadoras. La textura es cómoda, no sientes que reposas tus manos sobre una superficie metálica, claramente.

I just used on the one side to protect from my watch buckle if accidentally contacts and causes a scratch. To be fair the cover blends in well colour-wise even it is slightly noticeable it is not intrusive but a small trade off for protection. Would purchase again if needed for another MacBook.
