Very nice blades at good price

Used for quite a few years now and have re-ordered multiple times! I use these AFTER using my Norelco electric razor. I have a stiff beard and these work well to give me a closer shave than the Norelco razor gives me. the cost is VERY LOW and well worth the money spent

Good blades so far, only used a few so far. Fits my trac 2 gillette handle. Not sure if its an actual gillette because its possibly generic gillette, but very good handle. The blades help with not clogging during shaving because they have enough water flow and are spaced apart slightly slightly more than some other 2 blade razors. They are best for shaving my head. I used to use mach 3 but its clogs and costs a lot more. These work great and I like a basic shave, good shave, basic cheap after shave with it. Costs me like 4 cents a shave. I used a blade 8 shaves, might be better to do 6. Coupon $27 total

This is the second time purchasing these same blades. But they're not the same. These have the lube strip, and the first batch didn't. So I thought I was buying what I received the first time. I'm not happy because I do not like the lube strip, never have in the past either. Took me a long time the first time just to find Trac 11 cartridges. And, these do not shave well and left my face stinging afterward. Might try taking the lube strip off, we'll see. Can't seem to find any here on Amazon without the strip.

So, here's the deal. I have an ancient Trac II handle. I have trouble finding blades. If I'm lucky, every now and then the local drugstore has a ten-pack of suitable blades made by some company that may be a private brand. That ten pack costs about twelve dollars. As soon as I got these I put one in the handle. Fits fine. I compared this new one to the drugstore one. (I can't compare it to a Gilette blade because I used them up ten years ago and I have never, ever, seen a Gilette brand Trac II blade for sale anywhere. I think they're an urban legend.) Anyway, these new blades are identical in every single respect to the store blades. So, for the cost of about a dozen of the other blades I just got 100 new blades. I was hesitant about this because it seemed too good to be true. I have no idea what the problem was with people who said the blades didn't fit their handle. But I figured the savings were worth taking a chance. Good decision (Time passes.....) I just shaved with the new one. Smooth, no nicks. Rinsed out fine with a bit of tapping on the edge of the sink. (Shave is much better than those sad, lightweight, cheapy, disposables.) Don't know how long the blade will last, but if it's more than a tenth of the life of the other brand, I'll still be ahead. A sharp deal.

I have had great success using these. Well, one so far. Consider that I use hair conditioner instead of shaving cream when I shave my face. I think the twin blades are a little closer together than the original Gillette cartridges because more conditioner gets caught between the blades. I keep a toothbrush by the sink to clean out between the blades more often, so shaving takes a little longer. I also rinse and dry the cartridge after shaving. So my first cartridge has lasted through about ten shaves so far with smooth skin as the result. I am more than satisfied with my purchase! One can do as I do, or store the razor with the cartridge in baby oil to prevent rust/corrosion. Highly recommended!

I would describe these blades as generally low quality. Not as shar or durable as other razor blades in my experience. I would not buy them again.

May 2022. I have just reordered a further 100 blades although l still have 16 left from my first order in October 2019. Absolutely brilliant. What l can’t understand is why there are so many guys saying they can’t get on with them, or is it they don’t want them to be so popular the price will rise. Personally., l’ll share any bad news if it warrants it but these American blades are such an amazing bargain.

Even from the first shave with a new blade, shave is not close and feels like you are pulling whiskers not cutting them. Will never buy again and the 99 i have left, are going in the garbage. If i could rate at no stars i would.
