I used this to secure a GoPro while climbing. Worked great, although this is probably overkill for that use case (it felt like it could hold a whole SLR camera!).

I dont know how safe this would be being used on a defensive weapon of any kind but as a admin anker this is awesome. I personally use this in combincation with a tac-wallet the ONETIGRIS Pocket Wallet and its much nicer then a wallet and chain, but allows be to have peace of mind knowing even if my wallet slips out my pocket it wont get lost between seats, or out and about someplace. This and any Admin pouch is the way to go.

I purchased this for a battle belt set up to secure a tool to the belt. I am very impressed with the construction and function of this lanyard. Seems very strong and I am pleased with my purchase. By the way there is a spring in the coiled section so is comes back to the original state every time. This is not something that over time will stretch out! Recommend for any application

I was very apprehend if these would support the weight of my EDC pistol, These are made extremely tough, I truly like them and use one daily to support my EDC pistol. I have ordered three of these.
