I’ve never done my own dip manicure so I feel like for a first timer, this kit worked great.The only I used that wasn’t in the kit was a foam sanding block. It just made it a bit easier to smooth out the layers before putting on the top coat. I only did 2 coats of dip pigment because I wanted the more jelly/translucent look.Only downside is the fumes are strong. It took about 45 min total to lazily do my nails while watching tv and I wish I’d sped things up so I didn’t have to keep smelling the fumes. Overall though, totally worth it compared to $60+ at my normal nail salon.

I love this! The pictures are from my 3rd time using it. It’s easy to use. It’s a pain to take off. I just do what they do at the salon. I ordered pure acetone soak 1/2 a cotton ball and place it on the nail, wrap in tin foil, put in a plastic bag and hold in warm water and repeat every few minutes until it is soaked off. I will say I bought the dermal tool to smooth them out and get them to the desired thickness. I also feel like I’m generally pretty good at painting my nails. If you don’t feel like you are good at doing your nails this may be difficult. I also prefer my own top coat. The only complaint I have is the colors are off. They are much more purple compared to the pink in the pictures advertised but still pretty.

The product works great. It will definitely take time getting it application perfect, but over all works great and the colors are beautiful.

If you are sensitive to fumes I would not get this kit. The base smelled like nail glue and the activator smelled like acetone. Both burned my eyes a couple times when I got too close to my nails. I'm very meticulous so maybe that's just a me problem. The top coat is thin. If you do two coats it might ok. I just used my born pretty top coat. BTW the instructions pamphlet says to air dry the top coat. If you have experience with doing your own nails you know you need to cure in a lamp. If you use their top coat be sure to cure in a uv lamp. Otherwise itll just stay sticky. Overall this kit came exactly as stated and is an OK beginners kit.

I was never someone to always get there nails done cause I can’t stand paying for it, but I like having my nails done and I’m far from knowing anything about doing my nails and this set was super helpful and I did it for the first time and my nails turned out good! Room for improvement but not on the product end it’s my end however I love how it comes with step by step instructions and it was super easy to follow along! Will totally buy again when I ever run out!

All the colors are neutral colors and work for my business weeks. This product is easy to use and it makes doing my nails so much easier! I love this product.

Omg this stuff works beautifully. Its so easy to use and friendly for beginners. I had never done nail dips or yet my self. Happy with the results.

My family members were uisng a professional nail person for their nails, which was pricely. After purchasing this kit, AND other dips, they have been doing their nails themselves and there is no difference between this DIY kid and the professional. I hight recommend this for those who want the professional look for a great price.
