Fantastic
I love this hot water bottle and I don’t know what I did without it, constantly boiling kettles! However this is a replacement as my first one was faulty and have returned it. The first one charged up in about 15 minutes and was very hot and stayed a lovely comfortable temperature for at 4-5 hours. I noticed that while charging it made a really loud gurgling noise then every time I charged it sometimes didn’t get very hot and didn’t retain the heat, there is a maintenance procedure but that didn’t help but I have returned it and I’m extremely happy with my new replacement it works like a dream and is very comforting they can get very warm but I love that and it stays warm too! I know lots of people that have this one and this is why I wanted one from their recommendations and I’m happy I listened I recommend it to everyone. It’s so much safer than a hot water bottle and takes no time to chargeI’m very happy with my purchase

Comforting!
I had excruciating spasms in my lower back. Obviously this item is not the total cure but it helps because the warmth seems to comfort the muscles and relax them. It is very well designed and constructed, a quality product. It is more like a medium sized hot water bottle rather than a small electric blanket. It has a practical and attractive cover that can strap round your waist..... if you don't have too much of a belly (the size is in the product description). It comes ready filled with special water, so ignore the part of the instructions in the package that say it needs to be filled after purchase. After plugging in don't wander off because in a very short time the water becomes hot. Unplug when it is hot enough for your needs. However unlike a hot water bottle it is recommended not to sleep with it in bed. It should be unplugged before using and this means that you can wander about with it warming the sore muscles. I had some questions about the product and the seller wrote back straight away with helpful answers. PS... I can see me using this again in the cold winter weather instead of making a hot water bottle, to help me keep warm and to preheat my bed etc.

Absolutely brilliant!
I bought this and the small one at the end of August to help with back, hip, neck and shoulder pain. I will never use anything else now - they are so much better than heat patches, gel packs, wheat bags or hot water bottles. They do get very hot - I just turn them so that the more padded side is against my pyjamas or skin. I don’t wear the belt fastened at night, so I don’t lie on the pack. They stay hot or warm all night - longer than stated. I had to go into hospital for a few days last week, a hot water bottle or a microwave pad would have been useless, but I could heat these up quickly and easily by my bed, and they help me sleep so much better.

Pretty Good
I suffer with a stomach condition which means that I have to use heat pads all the time in order to help digest my food. I usually use the wheat bags that can be placed in the microwave, but was interested in an electric version for when a microwave is out of reach. The pros: it heats up very quickly, is easy to use, and the heat lasts absolutely ages (much longer than microwaveable heat pads); the velcro straps mean that you can wear it arms free. The cons: it is very bulky and heavy to wear; the charger that comes with it feels a bit flimsy.Overall I am pleased I bought this product as it will help me when I go away and don't have access to a microwave. I just hope that they can come out with improved designs in future that make it less bulky.

Brilliant product!
I love this product! I’ve got 2 slipped discs in my lower back and have been using a hot water bottle on it constantly for the last month or so. A few people mentioned a heat belt would be easier, as I am having to stand a lot to reduce the pain, and it’s tiring on my arms holding a water bottle behind my back, but I kept up with it because I need it to be really hot to numb the pain and I know things heated in the microwave don’t stay hot for very long. I then found this product which I thought was worth a try, and it’s fantastic! It’s really hot, retains heat for a long time (no doubt helped by the fleece lined outside hand pocket) and is very comfortable to wear. Exactly what I hoped for!I think the design has changed slightly since some of the older reviews - I bought mine in Jan 2019 and the belt fits perfectly on a size 10 waist and there is enough Velcro left to make it much tighter if required. Also there is now Velcro on the opening to the pocket the bottle sits in so there is no risk of it falling out

Best purchase for endometriosis
I’ve struggled with endometriosis pain for years and always found the stick on heat patches didn’t take the pain away. Bought this as a last resort as I work in a shop and was having to carry a hot water bottle around with me (which isn’t the best when you need two hands to serve someone). I was a little worried about how bulky it would be but it’s not as bad as I thought. It heats up really quickly and as hot as a freshly made hot water bottle and the heat actually lasts for a while. Makes it super easy to heat it up while you’re doing other things as it auto shuts off.I’m 5’8 and formally around a size 10/12 UK and when I have it on my back you can barely see it under oversized or loose jumpers. Even under winter coats. I will admit from the front I do look like I’m 6 months pregnant with clothes over it but I just pop it over my clothes and no one asks me about it really. Honestly the best purchase I’ve made in a while.A caution though would be don’t put it on immediately after heating it up and strap yourself in as it gets really hot. If you want to strap it on try doing it with the pocket side inwards until it cools enough or put a jumper underneath it so you don’t hurt yourself
