I love what this product has done for my gut health. I’d rather take this in pill form, but the flavor is not bad even mixed with water.

I get the flavorless kind. It melts well in a warm/hot drink. No aftertaste. Idk if the value is good for the amount of purchase.

One of the best l-glutamine supps out there
One of the best L-glutamine powders available & priced right. I don’t use this for myself, I actually use this to supplement my fur babies diet, as she has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Research shows this helps reduce the inflammatory response & helps heal/tighten the junctions of the gastrointestinal tract lining.
