Dandy little scooter!
It's a dandy little scooter. I love it. I had a problem with the throttle sticking, and Eric with Super Handy took care of it for me. It fits in the back of my Subaru with no problem, even leaving the seat on. I'm able to accompany my wife on walks, and go to the farmer's market. I was surprised how it climbs steep inclines with no problem. It does well on grass and gravel as well as pavement. It's cute, too.

Stellar service
Comfortable, sturdy, everything you're looking for in a mobility scooter. Bonus, uses the same batteries as some of their lawn equipment. Service is stellar, I had suspension issue and they showed me exactly how to tighten it up.

Very poor packaging!
I went into this very excited after doing much research and finding what I thought was a great mobility scooter. Actually my opinion of the scooter has not changed however the shipping Department needs some help. I received the first scooter and open the box to find the LCD display shattered. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the way the scooter was originally packaged however it was pretty comical. They basically take the scooter and set it in to a big cardboard box with no Packaging or strapping to hold it in place and put all the loose bolts, nuts, batteries, charger, and accessories that go with the unit in the Box along with the scooter unsecured. These items are free to fly around in the Box during shipping. The end result is obvious. Something hit the display and shattered it. After sending many emails and making many phone calls that were never answered to the customer service department I finally contacted Amazon. The item was out of stock so they couldn't send a replacement. I opted to wait because I still had great faith in the unit and wanted this particular scooter. I finally got a hold of super Handy's customer service via email and ask them to please just send out a replacement screen and I would replace it myself as I am an electrical contractor and it wasn't a problem for me to do this. They said that they would be happy to send the screen however, they never did. After waiting a month or two I happen to go back on Amazon and noticed the scooter was back in stock. I contacted Amazon and they agreed to send out a replacement and that when the replacement arrived I could just send back the damaged unit. Thankfully I waited on sending the damaged unit back until I opened and inspected the new one. I received the second unit several days later and open the box and no big surprise did I find a second damaged unit. This time the seat was snapped in half at the Pivot Point along with the front axle on the right wheel being bent. When you set the scooter on the ground it wobbles due to the Ben axle. Obviously the second scooter took a bigger shot during shipping then the first. After months of dealing with this I think it's safe to say I'm done. I still don't have a working scooter and have two damaged units. So what I've decided to do is scavenge both units to put one operable unit together and call it good. I am totally and permanently disabled with a severe joint disease and have had 127 surgeries since 1988. I'm in no condition to be unpacking and packing 60 lb scooters into boxes and transporting them to UPS facilities therefore the easiest solution is to just scavenge the two units for usable parts and get one functioning scooter that I can use. I still believe that the product is a good product although I don't know that yet because I've not been able to use it however, it is a sturdy more industrial type scooter which is what I liked. This company's problem lies in its shipping Department. I wish I had taken photos of the way this thing was shipped because you would be shocked to see what little effort they put into protecting this scooter. There is literally no packaging Inside the Box and only a thin piece of sheet foam wrapped around the seat base which obviously protects nothing. The Shocker and all of the accessories are just thrown in the Box to fly around during the shipping process. Heavy batteries, the charger, and 3/8" bolts just thrown in to damage whatever they hit. If you want one of these scooters my suggestion is to go to a store that sells it and pick it up because it's painfully obvious that you're not going to receive a unit in good condition based on what I've seen should you decide to have it shipped. I have a 100% failure rate on my end. Once I get a functioning scooter together I will report back on its performance however as I said, the unit itself looks very Industrial and it looks like it would do well for me. I'm 6 ft 3 and 265 lb so it was important that I had the most legroom and wait capacity available in a fold-up scooter. This one definitely was at the top of the list after looking at dozens and dozens of them.

Great little scooter
I love it. Too much fun! Customer support was Great! ok, I'm 6'2" 275lb. My back won't allow me to stand or walk very far. For longer walks etc, this is perfect.Likes: Extremely light weight. Take off the seat & it's easy to put in the back of our truck.Price- Look at what similar buggies are & I believe it's a steal.Construction- This is built like a tank & love the pneumatic tires. Not a soft ride, but much betterthan hard tires.Fast- Much faster than the ones in the stores. Can almost keep up with the grandkids on their bikes.*note it will tip at high speeds. Ask me how I know. lolComfortable - Nice big seat & folding back.Service - Had an issue with a broken part ( during shipping I assume) Was contacted very quickly &a new seat was at my door in just a couple of days. No fuss, no fight. Emailed a photo of damage& they took care of it. Thanks to Blake!Batteries - I like the idea of having several small batteries. I bought the optional larger one also. Gountil it dies & swap in another & you can head back... unless you have all 3 with ya.Thoughts: Narrow wheelbase- Since I'm tall & top heavy, it is easy to tip it over at speed. I've run throughsome areas that it just wasn't designed for & it got a bit tricky. My fault not the scooter's. Itsnot a 4wd atv . lolTurning radius- Not really a con, but it's not good at running around in the house. I bought itfor outdoors, not going from bedroom to bedroom. It does fine in Walmart :-). If the radius wastighter, it would tip easier. If frame was wider to handle a shorter radius, it might not fit in yourcar. No Key - Would be a nice addition, but usually someone in the group is happy to sit on it while dowhat ever...So, I really like my scooter. It does what I want it to and the price was right. I feel like a kid on a go-cart, lol, My back is much happier, and I don't have to sit it out when my wife & grandkids want to go somewhere that takes some walking.
