I purchased this to hold a N scale locomotive I was adding a DCC receiver to. The locomotive was held perfectly and was steady while i worked on it. Anyway, it will be very useful on many of my small projects that I am working on.

The most precision vise I have seen, no any play. Seems made of titanium or stainless steel, unlikely aluminum, not steel (not magnetic). The 4 sticks and black silicon condoms are easy to lose, so I used rubber bands (cut off from fishing tubes) to hold them. Because it is all square, so my best way of using it is to use it together with my larger vise. I might 3D print a handle that mounts into the holes, to make this a hand vise as well. I might also 3D print wider jaws that mounts to the holes for large PCB boards. Yeap, this baby has lots of potentials. I only wish the knelling on the red knob is coarser.

Not sure how I lived without this. It is really helpful at times.

This is a cool little vise for small jobs. Only thing that I don’t like is the pins constantly coming out and the ripper caps on pins slide of way too easily. Other than that it’s ok for the price.

Finally have that third hand for holding the gunpla whilst I attach decals! Must have tool in any builder's kit!
