I was disappointed in this product based on the description of comfort, coolness,and luxurious. The pillows come pressed into a vacuum packed sleeve, making it very difficult to get the shredded memory foam to fluff. I gave it a working over for several days before trying it. It was extremely firm, and unlike other shredded foam pillows, there is no way to remove any of the filling to adjust this. I was going to return them, but decided to throw them out. This was really disappointing as I had heard such great reviews regarding these Bliss branded products .

Love this pillow

I bought this for my mother she’s in a nursing home to give her neck support. However her personal input was it was too thick to lay her head on however she loves it that she can put it behind your other pillows and support her to set up better in bed.

Excellent quality! Sleeping like a baby!

This pillow is nice enough but, twice, was sold as queen size but, after fluffing, measured as standard size.

My son wanted a new pillow for Christmas so I ordered this and he loves it!
